What rules do people agree to by joining and what are the penalities for not abiding by the rules?  

Please remember the Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish others to treat you. Please be kind, respective and considerate of other people. We are here to learn, grow and be better people. If that is not your desire, there are millions of other sites out there to participate in. I wish you well.

Please watch your language we are global now and we are mixing with many different cultures, religions, ethniticities and mind sets so be on your best diplomatic behavior.

I would hope that I would not have to exclude anyone from this membership I think each and everyone of us has something to contribute.
